Inspired by the belief that "those who have benefited from society should give back to them", a group of individuals from different Central Government Services joined together to establish “BSNL, Postal & Information Technology Employees House Building Co-operative Society Ltd.”

Their Vision being providing housing Sites to General Public at an affordable price.

Thus, BPITEHBCS was officially founded in 2014 and registered under the number.HSG-1/33/HHS.46476/2014-15, Dated 06/11/2014.

Society then chose a Prominent Location beside the newly developing STRR (Satellite Town Ring Road) which strategically connects to Doddabalapur, Dabaspet, Magadi Road, Ram Nagara, Kanakpura, Annekkal, Sarjapur, Hosur, Hoskote.  Our Project locations are well connected via Road and Rail networks and is in the close vicinity of Bangalore Airport.
